Shipping and Returns

All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx SIGNATURE REQUIRED (unless otherwise specified).

Please allow up to 72 hours to process and ship your in-stock order; orders for items that are not in-stock can take much longer. if you have a time sensitive shipment, please give us a call to ensure there are no delays. Warehouse stocks change daily without notifying SBM. 

All products are shipped out from one of the authorized Strictly Business Motorsports LLC shipping locations. Strictly Business Motorsports LLC drop-ships most orders. We have no control over warehouse shipping.  Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.  

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Our manufacturer’s pack all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit.

Receiving Information

The following information has been provided to Strictly Business Motorsports.

 All Freight orders. You or a representative must be present during delivery. The freight company will deliver the product, take a picture, and leave. You must immediately open your item and inspect for damages. Pictures MUST be taken of the issue and any other damage on the outside box.  If it’s something small that you or a shop can fix for little to no money, then you can choose to accept the part at your discretion to save time.   If you notice any damage, you must email Strictly Business Motorsports that day. If you don’t email Us (SBM) right away (same day) your claim will not be accepted by the freight company. Strictly Business Motorsports must file with the manufacturer that same day. There are NO exceptions or circumstances that will be accepted as an excuse not to follow these important guidelines. Failure to follow these steps will void any claim or replacement by, manufactures, warehouses. You will not be given a replacement. Claims can take up to 1 year with the freight companies. SBM does not cover nor replace damaged items!

 

 Important;

 Due to the unexpected massive surge in big carrier shippers combined with remote customer service, response times are longer than usual. Freight companies don't always pick up from smaller businesses in a timely manner we can't control that issue. Freight is not like those big online companies that have their own trucks to get shipments to you in a short time. 

Please, be patient and understand our customer service team is working as fast as possible to respond to emails, texts, ,messages.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTION **IMPORTANT**
All parts leaving our facilities are rigorously inspected for quality and are packed carefully and thoroughly
to prevent damages during shipping, but unfortunately damages still occasionally occur during shipping.
We cannot stress enough the importance of knowing the damage insurance policy regarding freight
shipping to ensure you are covered in the event of your parts arriving damaged. Damage Insurance is
included on the part during shipping, but only to your door. After you accept and sign for the package, there
is no damage insurance. THIS MEANS THAT ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARE WAIVED ONCE YOU SIGN FOR
THE PACKAGE. Please be sure to un‐box the part entirely and carefully inspect the product for damages,
flaws, or defects BEFORE accepting delivery. If the product is damaged, flawed, or defective, refuse the
shipment and sign "DAMAGED" on the signature area of the shipping receipt. If you (or anybody) at the
delivery address accepts a damaged part, you will not be covered (regardless how good OR bad the box
looks). If the driver does not allow time to inspect, look at the box on all sides and notate “DAMAGED” on
the receipt if there is any damage such marking, crushed or dented on box.
If the shipping company does not require signature or appointment for delivery and your parts are
damaged: You MUST NOTIFY the shipping company and Vis Racing the SAME day delivery is made. Any
damages reported AFTER the day of delivery will be DENIED by the shipping company. To open a damage
claim, contact the shipping company directly at the number provided and report the damages
IMMEDIATELY and take note of the person who takes your call. Failure in reporting the damages to the
shipping company and Vis Racing the SAME day the part was delivered will result in the damage claim being
DENIED by the shipping company.

 

Items  refused at the time of delivery will not be refunded . Shipping costs will be charged to the buyer at 100% and not returned or refunded. 

 No items are or implied to be OEM fitment, so there may be common issues that would be taken care of by your body shop within reason, depending on how well you want the items to fit. This is not limited to sanding, trimming, adding material, block sanding or slight modification to the part. Should there be any questions, please contact us before you order from the website.

 

The return process if authorized  will require the part to be sent back by the customer paying the cost to pack and ship. This will not be refunded

 

Freight company claims for damage approved by them, the part/parts are then returned to manufacturer  facility, where at that time the replacement or refund will be processed by the manufacturer. This may take 1-18 weeks minimum to receive at our facility before proceeding with refund/replacement, depending on whether the process was done correctly, return time of the parts and availability should it be a replacement.

All damages must notified to carrier at the time of the delivery AND report to SBM within same day. In cases of damage  the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is not negotiable. It is the amount that you paid less shipping. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount, which can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. SBM under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.

 


The shipping rates included in purchase at time of checkout on our site are based on a weight guesstimate and then formulated via a UPS shipping program.  The rates do not take into account dimensions.  If your shipment rate is higher than the online purchase, we will contact you with the increase in shipping. If there is an error in the shipping rate included we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.

An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier can not be cancelled, these are classified as returns.  Unfortunately once it has shipped restocking fees will apply if they are applicable.  Special order items, custom built items will not be able to be returned.  For this reason it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form. 

 To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging.  If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return.  Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by Strictly Business Motorsports LLC.  All products shipped from the Strictly Business Motorsports LLC are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package.  If the package is returned to Strictly Business Motorsports LLC or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 45% restocking fee.  if you choose to not have the item reshipped. These fees will be charged to your account on file or will be invoiced to you. 

Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle.  These items generally require a deposit or paid in full.  Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable.  These special order items cannot be returned or resold.  Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts. 

International Shipping
All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from Strictly Business Motorsports LLC or our affiliates are the responsibility of the buyer. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through Strictly Business Motorsports LLC or our affiliates may result in additional charges.

Strictly Business Motorsports LLC DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.  If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return.  We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.

In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Strictly Business Motorsports LLC, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement.  We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.

Store Credit Memos

Credit Memo is good for 12 months from the date of issue to use as store credit.  Refunds will be handled by the manor originally paid if applicable otherwise a check will be mailed.  Credit memo can not be converted from terms assigned, ie credit card payment to cash etc.  All cash payments will be refunded via check. shipping locations. Strictly Business Motorsports LLC drop-ships most orders, while some orders ship directly from our main facility. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.  

These Products are NOT eligible for return

  • Non-defective used, modified, disassembled, or installed parts
  • Items Marked "Non-Returnable/Final Sale" (clearly indicated on the product page or sales document)
  • Wheels that have had tires mounted on them
  • Painted parts, including items the customer has painted
  • International orders are non-returnable
  • "Special Orders" & "Made to Order Parts"
  • All freight (truck) shipment items are non-returnable
  • Products that are made to order (items that are not in stock in-house or at manufacturer are made to order, therefore they do not qualify for return)

ALL Purchases, sales , and/or clearance items are FINAL and nonrefundable!

Many aftermarket exterior aero parts from manufactures require a professional body shop for 100% fitment, items that do not fit 100% out of box is not eligible reason as a return, however we can assist or link you through the manufacturer for fitment issues. 

Any manufacturers defects will be handled directly with the manufacturer. We will assist in pointing you into the right direction with the manufacturer. Strictly Business Motorsports does not manufacture parts sold and will not be responsible for any defects or blemishes. The manufacturer has the right to accept or deny any claims.

When ordering Aero Parts you as a customer understand;

  • Due to the nature of fiberglass, we do not guarantee perfect fitment. All our products are hand made and minor differences can occur from part to part.
  • By ordering this item you hereby confirm that you understand that installing and painting aerodynamics products can be difficult.
  • Paint and installation process will include but are not limited to sanding, shaving, cutting and filling.
  • Extra fees will be incurred for proper fit and finish of all fiberglass products.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to minor fitment issues.
  • Major fitment issues will be reviewed for warranty and will require photos of test fitment.
  • All parts are deemed for off-road and show car use only.

Strictly Business Motorsports doesn't warranty fitment on any Carbon Creations/ Extreme Dimension products. Customer would have to contact the manufacture directly No warranty implied sold AS IS

All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled. Unless agreed in writing by SBM.  Cancellations that are done by chargeback without notifying Strictly Business Motorsports are subjected to a 35% restocking fee.  Products are ordered to the manufacture and considered stock as most products are made to order because of Covid-19 and shipping limitations or issues. 

ANY Disputes/ Chargebacks opened up with our merchant services without letting Strictly Business Motorsports know in advance will subject your order to Cancellation by Strictly Business Motorsports and 35% restocking/Cancellation fee will be assessed  on the refund. No Exceptions.
